This policy covers haia.finance, the marketing site for Haia Finance. It is short because the site does little: it shows pages, and — only if you agree — counts how they are used.
With your consent, we record page views and five things you might do on a page: opening the contact dialog and which button opened it, submitting it, reaching the closing section of a page, and clicking the “Contact Us” email link. Each carries the usual technical details a browser sends with any request — page address, referrer, browser, operating system, screen size and approximate location from your IP address.
Nothing else: no account, no profile, no cross-site tracking, no advertising, no session recording or heat maps, and no automatic capture of every click or keystroke.
The “Talk to Haia” form is not an exception, because it never reaches us. Submitting it opens your own email client with a message ready to send; your name, email address and company go nowhere until you choose to send that email, and never into analytics.
We use cookies only for the analytics above, and only after you accept. They are set by PostHog, our analytics provider, to recognise a repeat visit so one person is not counted as two. Your answer to the cookie question is kept separately in your browser, whether you accept or decline — that entry is what remembers a decline.
Change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Declining after accepting stops the collection and removes the cookies that were set.
PostHog, Inc. in the United States, as our processor. Requests go through haia.finance and are forwarded to PostHog from our servers; the data is stored on their infrastructure in the US, and transfers out of the EEA and the UK rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing agreement. We do not sell data or share it with anyone else.
We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Events are kept for one year and then deleted automatically.
In the EEA and the UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Because analytics here is anonymous — no name or email is ever attached to it — we usually cannot connect a request to specific records, though we can always act on email you have sent us.
